the staff was genuinely professional, some of them especially. got classic double room where the comfort comes into view when arrived, liked that.

actually everything was great, my next choice again in evian-les-bains. the hotel was wonderful, the room was inviting and i greatly enjoyed polite staff.

Picturesque hotel, it offers good services and exceptionally nice location just off the gorgeous garden with bright flowers and the foothills of the Alps and the town's center. The rooms are a nice size and they have a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar. An outdoor restaurant serves good food.

The room was spacious, bright, and had a balcony. the breakfast had a good variety of meal options. - the location was peaceful and convenient for walking to nearby places. - the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Virtually everything about it was excellent. Really well run.

The taller of the 2 head waiters was a bit grumpy. "Threw the toys out of the bath" when we requested a change of table! The other head waiter was really nice.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with cheeses, fruits, and yogurt provided.

The location was perfect for me, the horse riding center is just cross the road and the tennis courts as well. The stuff were very friendly and the house keepers come twice or three times a day. I loved the the balcony which was very big and has amazing view.

There wasn't air conditioningin my room, and the hotel was a bit far from the downtown.

We had a beautiful time in La Verniaz the hotel is stunning, and the restaurant is superbe with a beautifull wine list .The place is so quiet and relaxing .The only black point is the breakfast could be more rich,more choice to the buffet (18 euros)

The rooms at La Verniaz et ses Chalets are so cozy and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud with the premium bedding and air conditioning. And the free WiFi is a great bonus for someone like me who loves to stay connected. The individually styled rooms at La Verniaz et ses Chalets made me feel like I was staying in a unique and personal space. It added a special touch to my experience. The suite I stayed in had breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. It was such a treat to wake up to that view every morning. Plus, the free WiFi, TV, telephone, safety deposit box.

Personally, I didn't use the bathtub in the private bathroom with shower/tub combination. But I can see how others might enjoy it.

We liked the location close to town but quiet. Also the food is excellent from dinner to breakfast on our balcony overlooking the lake-priceless!

Mountain and country like feeling. Beautifully kept property.
